Rumpza Studio is a web design studio based in San Antonio, TX, and a Rumpza Innovations company. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to have it deleted. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you request a free mockup, we receive what you type into the form:
- your business name, type of business, and website or social media link
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you add one
- anything else you write in the notes, and how you heard about us, if you choose to say
We don't ask for payment details, and nothing is collected if you only browse the site.
How we use it
Only to build your mockup and to contact you about it and any project that follows. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who handles it
This site is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are stored in our Netlify account and sent to our email. Like any web host, Netlify keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Our fonts are served from this site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or any other font service.
Cookies
This site doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising.
How long we keep it
If we work together, we keep your details for as long as we're working on your site and for our business records after that. If we don't, we delete your mockup request within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we'll do it within 30 days.To ask, send a note through the mockup formand say it's a privacy request.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
