Roman ProWorks

A cinematic portfolio and booking site, with a private dashboard to run the business.

The brief

Roman ProWorks shoots photo and video for athletes, local businesses, events and brands. Before the site, everything ran through Instagram, a Linktree and a Google Form. The work is the selling point, so the site puts the reels first, makes booking a shoot one step, and gives Roman one place to run his clients.

What we built

  • Full-screen reel hero and a fast-loading portfolio
  • Services and packages pages
  • Booking form that preselects the package
  • Inquiries saved to his dashboard and emailed to him through Resend
  • Client tracker from inquiry to paid
  • Portfolio uploads without touching code
  • Private, password-protected client galleries with expiring links

How it works

  1. Step 1A client books a shoot on the site
  2. Step 2The request is saved to Roman's dashboard and emailed to him
  3. Step 3He tracks the job from inquiry to paid
  4. Step 4Finished photos go out in a private gallery

Behind the scenes

The private dashboard that runs the business.

Every inquiry, client and gallery in one place. This preview uses made-up example clients, so the real client data stays private. Change a status to see a job move.
